Mick and his wife Lydia are our keyholders and also keep the villa clean. Mick or Lydia will meet you when you first arrive and will show you around and answer any of your questions.

If you can provide us with your approximate time of arrival and then ring Mick when you start your journey from the airport they will be there to greet you.

They will have made up the beds you requested and laid out towels and linen for the specified number of guests. If you have a two week stay extra linen and towels will be in the main wardrobe in the king size room.

Please vacate by 10am on your departure day. Mick will meet you to receive the keys.

On departure day with prior consent the keys may be left in the key safe which is located by the bottom vehicle gate. You can then leave the property through the vehicle gate locking the gate with combination lock attached.

We ask you to leave the house in reasonable condition – the cleaners allow 6 man hours to get it back to the condition you found it in. Please strip the beds and put all linen in the hall, run the dishwashers and remove all rubbish from the property.

Please do not leave any foodstuffs in the villa.
