You enter the Villa into the Naya (a covered, enclosed terrace) which has fantastic far reaching views of the Bernia mountains, vineyards and even a tiny view of the sea. The Naya has comfy rattan furniture for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine as a sundowner. The bifold windows are usually left open in the summer but can be closed if required , there are also ceiling fans for those hot summer afternoons.
A balcony leads off from the Naya providing the perfect place for breakfast.
The ½ turreted lounge commands the same spectacular views with a 3 seater sofa and three arm chairs. There is a 55” smart tv and a blu ray player with a selection of discs . There is real flame gas fire and a selection of board games if a cozy night in is needed. The dining area next to the kitchen can be used when alfresco dining is not wanted.
The modern sleek white kitchen with resin worktops includes a built in oven and microwave , hob with extractor and dishwasher. Under counter fridge and freezer plus everything you need to prepare and cook your meals.
The villa has 3 x bedrooms. One bedroom has a super king bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. There’s a large family bathroom with both bath and shower and twin basins. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and plenty of hanging spaces and drawers.
The internal staircase leads to the bottom sitting room with patio doors on to the pool level. There are two three seater sofas, a flat screen 50” smart tv and ceiling fan . This provides a perfect place to retreat from the mid-day heat.
There is also a small kitchenette with washing machine.
