The villa has several outside eating areas for taking advantage of the lovely climate including a summer kitchen which allows alfresco food preparation and cooking also. Complete with gas grill, pizza oven and paella gas burner, electric hot plate and microwave oven. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy outside eating including an under the counter fridge and dishwasher. The large shaded table can seat up to 8 people comfortably.
The large pool terrace has 6 sun loungers around a kidney shaped pool. A stone table and benches with a sail shade provides the perfect place for lunches by the pool. There is also an outside toilet for use by the pool where you will also find deckchairs and parasols for beach days.
Parking can be on the road next to the pedestrian gate or the drive has parking for 3 cars.
The beautiful garden with Mediterranean planting is on several levels.
Around the back of the villa there is a area with a clothes dryer .
